About Us

Learn a little more about Green Global Grub

The Green Global Grub team may be small, but our food is mighty! We are a couple based in Swansea, Wales who just love food! Having grown up as big meat eaters, we decided to make the switch to being (mainly) pescatarian in 2018. This was due to a number of factors, but most importantly to help the planet and to experiment a little more with our cooking. This meant we needed to find more inspiration and more interesting recipes to make sure we were still getting all the nutrition we needed, while still making easy and delicious food. On the GGG journey, we are both involved in the recipe research and the photography, but we definitely have our roles mapped out a little!

Head Chef – Ben

An engineer in his day-to-day life, Ben is the main chef behind all the dishes you see on GGG. While growing up in Northern Ireland, he was always getting involved with the household cooking, and licking the bowls clean.

Blog, Socials and Food Taster – Yaz

Originally from Plymouth, England, Yaz works in clinical drug trials full-time. In her free time, she creates the posts and pages across social media and this website.
